How we work

Your journey to a Pronorm Kitchen begins with you. From your first visit to our Design Centre, you will be guided seamlessly by our dedicated team of Pronorm specialists with experts on hand for every stage of the process, from design and project management through to professional fitting. Nobody knows Pronorm in the UK like we do and our client-centred approach focuses on understanding your needs to create a personalised kitchen experience unlike any other.

Step 1:
Discovery Meeting

The journey begins with a meeting at our exclusive London-based Design Centre, a unique space that allows us to showcase the wide range of kitchens available and to truly understand the clients’ needs. This will help us to assess where clients are in the process and take into account any factors that may impact the project such as budget, timeline, planning permission and other trades such as builders.

Step 2:
Design Workshop

Once we have reviewed your budget, project stage and agreed to move forward, we will assign a specialist designer to start working with you on concepts. At this point, we will need floor plans with basic measurements, architects drawings, CGI’s etc. We only move forward to the design phase when you are ready.

Step 3:
Order Confirmation

Once a design and cost have been agreed we will create and send a formal proposal for electronic signature along with a deposit invoice. The order is confirmed once both the proposal is signed and the deposit is received. We then send the design package to the manufacturer to start the production process.

Step 4:
Installation

When your order is confirmed, you will be referred to our highly experienced project office for professional, timely and highly efficient project delivery and installation of your outdoor kitchen. We will reconfirm all your details and work closely with you and other trades to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to completing your project. Our dedicated fitters are highly experienced in working with our specialist outdoor kitchen brands.

Step 5:
Project Closure

Once we reach practical completion, we carry out a final visit to agree any outstanding snags which will be resolved for project completion. At this point, all appliances should be registered with the appropriate manufacturer for warranty purposes.
