23 apartment renovation

It’s great to back to proper business, doing what we love best!

Ok, so there’s masks and anti-bac all over the place and handshakes are a thing of the past but, it’s a massive step in the right direction.

We’re excited to be part of some amazing transformations again, and enjoying working with our clients on projects, both old and new.

And with that in mind, it’s a perfect time to showcase this sizable development of 23 one, two & three bedroom apartments in Southfields. All had private balconies or terraces overlooking the landscaped communal garden of Carlyle Courts.

As with all our projects, we worked closely with the architect prior to construction to understand the detail, time-frames, and any particular challenges and obstacles  that we might encounter. This enabled us to minimise disruption, by getting specifications and designs spot on, before the work commenced.

We continued to manage the project right through the construction phase to ensure the implementation and delivery remained perfect.

We kitted all apartments out with fully fitted Pronorm kitchens, ranging from £8-14k. Each crafted with Pronorm X-Line furniture in TU Arctic White, we teamed these with Silestone worktops and splashbacks to give a clean, bright and seamless finish.

The kitchens were completed with a full set of integrated Bosch appliances.

We’re really proud of the end result, and needless to say the client was delighted too.
